How are items shipped?

Custom shirts are shipped via UPS. Accessories, Gift Cards, and Swatches are generally shipped via USPS, though for some addresses and situations items will be sent with UPS or FedEx.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Not currently. If a PO Box is your only delivery option, please reach out to us and we can forward your shipment from our office to a PO box using USPS. This will add approximately one week to shipping times.

Do you ship to overseas military addresses (FPO/APO)?

Not currently. However, we can forward your shipment from our offices to FPO/APO addresses using USPS, which will add approximately 1-2 weeks to shipping times.

Do you offer rush options?

Not at this time. We instead attempt to offer the fastest delivery and manufacturing times on all orders.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

While we do our absolute best to deliver within the quoted time range (or sooner), the custom nature of our products makes it such that exceptions inevitably occur. These exceptions should be rare and we will reach out if we find an issue that could delay your order.
